Offering one of the best cold plunge units in the industry, the Morozko Forge Pro. The Morozko cold plunge makes ice, and maintains temperature for large group events . The water is treated with a microfiltration and ozone disinfection system, the most powerful and safe water treatment system available (free from chlorine and other chemicals).
The ice bath will operate at a temperature of 33-38 degrees. Warmer temperatures can be requested for group events.

Deliberate cold exposure causes a significant release of adrenalin and noradrenaline in the brain and body. Cold causes their levels to stay elevated for some time, and their ongoing effect after the cold exposure increases the level of energy and focus in the body.

Consult your physician before starting cold plunge therapy. Cold plunge therapy can have adverse reactions with some medications. Do not hold breath while in cold water. Certain health conditions, such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, Raynaud's disease, anorexia, cold urticaria, use of anti depressants, and respiratory conditions may pose additional risks during cold water immersion. Pregnancy and age are also factors to consider. Some risk factors include cold allergy, hypertension, heart attack, and adverse interactions with some medications. If in doubt, always get medical clearance first.
